5. Digital Security (if screen appears)

6. Click My School

7. Click My Classes

8. Click the icon for desired class

9. The following screen should appear…

10. To Populate Classes… Administration > Students

12. To Populate Classes… Click Add

13. To Populate Classes… Click Grade Level > Submit

14. To Populate Classes… Click students > Submit

15. To Populate Classes… Check to see if students are in class NOTE: Never delete a student.

16. Go to assign weights Grade Book > Configuration

17. Go to assign weights Multiple Categories > Enter info > Update NOTE: You can always confirm what class you are in by checking the upper right hand corner

18. Adding Assignments Click Grade Book

19. Adding Assignments Click Assignments

20. Adding Assignments Click New Assignment Note: You can add five assignments in one window

21. Adding Assignments Add info > Add

22. Adding Assignments Add info > Add Note: The title should be SHORT! This will automatically populate the student’s calendar. It will eliminate the need for Google Calendar since all the student’s assignment will link to their calendar. It will be visible by student & parent.

23. Adding Assignments; Hyperlinks Enter in notes window > highlight text > Hyperlink

24. Adding Assignments; Documents Grade Book > Assignment > Attachment > Upload

25. Adding Documents to Home Classroom > Documents

26. Grading Assignments Grade Book > Assignments > Paper icon

27. Grading Assignments Enter info > Update > Status > Graded

28. Taking Attendance Home Page > Homeroom icon

29. Taking Attendance Teacher’s Desk > Attendance
