The Paperboy Characters: The paperboy and his dog. Setting: On one cold, dark, and early morning. (Backdrop Setting) Narrative Point of View: External Omniscient Narrator

The Study of Literature Theme: Learn to be independent. Style: Words: easy and frequently used in children ’ s daily life. Sentences: Narrative sentences. Most sentences are short. No Dialogues in this story.

Illustrations Line Curves and circles are frequently used on surroundings. Space No space is left. Shape Rounded shapes are often applied on objects like trees, mountains, stars and so on.

Illustrations Colors Great amount of dark colors such as dark blue, dark green and black are used. Composition and Perspective Loosely grouped like houses, trees and stars. Middle shots: combination of close-ups and panoramic views.
