8 Oregon Community Colleges One- and two-year certificate programs Associate degrees, including Oregon transfer degree into a 4 year school Open enrollment/Rolling Admissions High School Diploma or GED Placement tests – SAT or ACT may be accepted instead of placement tests 2-year public colleges

11 Western Undergraduate Exchange WUE offers reciprocal agreements between selected public schools in 13 western states Designed to reduce tuition for out-of-state residents Must apply to desired schools; qualifications vary.
