New Open License Welcome Letter The Open License Agreement Welcome Letter now includes information on Product Downloads and Media Kit Purchase: Online Media Download - Media is now available for you to download on-line. Please select the ‘Products download’ on the left-hand panel of eOpen to download media. Your authorization and license number will first need to be added to your account via ‘Agreement Summary’ > ‘Add Agreement’ prior to downloading products. Media Ordering - Microsoft now supports direct physical purchase of media via eOpen in selected regions, please follow the Product download links on the site. Availability of Download Products All products ordered through Open License will be made available for Download on VLSC once customers have received their order confirmation This excludes: Products not available for Download (Media-only SKU): CRM Professional Server 3.0, Windows Small Business Svr Std, Windows Small Business Svr Premium, Microsoft Math, Windows Svr for Small Business and Dynamics CRM Professional Svr. Doc Kits Downloads are limited to 50 per product per Windows Live ID 5

Media Purchase Rules Media Purchase option available to Open Licensed products only Media purchases will be limited to 10 units by product by Windows Live ID Orders can be placed to ship within the same country only If the product is not available for download on VLSC, customers should place the order with their Channel Partner Products not available for Download (Media-only SKU) Doc Kits 6
