3 What’s ICT?  ICT plays an important role in the way in which we live and do business.  ICT industry is dynamic & fast paced  ICT employment outlook within Australia remains strong  ICT industry in Australia is shifting away from programming and towards supporting competitive drivers of an organisation. Terms used broadly are ICT (Information Communications Technology) or IT (Information Technology)
