14 Page 14 Claims by site What to do if you haven’t received all paperwork for all of your sites & getting close to 60 day deadline?  Database requires you to have 75% of your sites submit claims  If site not claiming for a month: Go into site information sheet & revise to un-check the month, then submit for approval If you haven’t started the claim the site will not show up – if you have touched the site claim we will have to delete at the state agency Recordkeeping, cont.
