5 Conduct a Phrase or an Effective Keyword Search Identify keywords or phrase for the search Limit your search to full-text articles and peer-reviewed publications before clicking on the search button

7 Conduct an Effective Keyword Search Use one or more Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to thread your keywords together if needed Use quotation marks around a phrase Use * to search various word endings Limit your search to full-text articles and peer-reviewed publications before clicking on the search button

9 1.Click on the title link to display the full-text article 2.Evaluate the sources to see whether they are current, well-written, scholarly publications with insights that would help you build your argument or statement 3.“Word Count” serves as a clue that the articles are lengthy research articles
