Don’t Cover Your Assets Build from North Star enabling legislation – 16E.07 –“Government units (yes, all levels) may be required to submit standardized directory and general content for core services …” –Was supposed to be in large part a communication initiative combining the equivalent of the State Agency Guidebook, State Yellow Pages, N-1-1, etc. all for the citizens via multiple technologies.
