16 Coaching Selection –Identification of coach is embedded in application process… –Description of what a coach does Works with the schools over the course of the three years of participation, attend meeting, attend training. –Description of possible individuals who provide coaching function Typically a professional who already works in a training or consultation role (Psychologist, Social Worker, Teacher Consultant, Reading Specialist) –Background knowledge in reading or behavior support.

25 Selection of Trainers Completion of electronic application that includes an electronic copy of the applicant’s resume or vita Agreement to attend all Trainer Development dates that are relevant for the topics that the trainer has requested to present Completion of reading assignments relevant to the training content prior to scheduled Trainer Development dates. Openness to feedback from assigned mentor and a willingness to engage in continuous improvement
