Improvement of our HelpDesk with automated functions (eg. IP address update forms) and addition of FAQ pages. RSS support, newsletter, blog Social Media (Facebook, Twitter)

SELL, Oporto 2011 HEAL-Link Federation Authentication & Authorization Infrastructure Established federated access to Elsevier, Springer, Project Muse. In the next two years provide federated access to all publishers/vendors that support it. Federation’s AAI web site upgrade, enrichment. Improvement of user & technical support. Creation of a Virtual Home Organization in order to provide federated access to members that do not have the infrastructure.

SELL, Oporto 2011 HEAL-Link: Digital Archive Service of storing the archives (backfiles), from all publishers HEAL-Link subscribes to, in a “digital repository”. Research in the field of creating a web application, in order users to access this archive, in case access is stopped.

SELL, Oporto 2011 Interlibrary Loan Service Interlibrary Loan Service of HEAL-Link’s subscriptions to Libraries of Public Organizations that are not HEAL-Link members. Use of existing open source software like NILDE.
