4 Heathrow airport Heathrow airport, one of the world`s busiest airport is about 33km west of central London.

5 The County of Kent The County of Kent situated is known as the garden of England.

6 The Southwest The Southwest is the region where the mail activity is farming.

7 Stonehenge Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument. Stonehenge situated in the English country of Wiltshire.

8 Stonehenge It is the most famous site in the world. It consists of large stones standing in the circle. Stonehenge was constructed anywhere from 3000 BC to 2000 BC. 10 East Anglia East Anglia is very flat and it is another farming region.

11 Oliver Cromwell Oliver Cromwell, an English general and politician who was leader of the army against King Charles I in the Civil War and later became Lord Protector of England, was born in the Fens area.

12 The Midlands The Midlands is known as the heart of England.

13 Oxford Oxford is a city in the south of England. Oxford has a population of just under 165,000. It is known for being an university town. Oxford is the oldest university in the country.

14 William Shakespeare William Shakespeare an English poet and playwright. He was born in April 26 1564- April 23 1616. He was married in Anne Hathaway. William Shakespeare had three children: Susanna and twins: Hamlet and Judith. Shakespeare wrought tragedies, comedies and histories: Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, King Lear, Othello and Macbeth.

15 The North of England The North of England has some of the wildest and loneliest parts of the country.

16 Hadrian`s Wall Hadrian`s Wall is a defensive Construction in Roman Britain. Hadrian`s Wall is in AD122, during the rule of emperor Hadrian. It was the most heavily fortified border in the Empire still exist. Hadrian`s Wall is the most popular tourist place.

17 Lake District Lake District is a mountainous region in North West England. It’s popular with holidaymakers. Lake District is famous not only for its lakes, forests and mountains. It’s the early nineteenth century poety and writings of William Words Worth and the Lake poets. Lake District is a National Park on 9 May 1951. It`s the second National Park in the UK. It is second largest in the UK.
