Collaborative Efforts Work groups, the National Task Force and individual programs contributed to the definition of promising practices. By sharing we created an online Knowledge Base that continues to grow. We developed Indicators of Quality for AT Reuse and created an online tool. We developed outcomes measurement and methodologies for measuring ROI. 18
