General information
Following tasks are layed down in the Agreement to European Commission :
Implementation of project technology foresight (technologického predvídania) in order to gain long-term strategic frame of regional innovation system
Definition of priorities and processes that ensure strategic development of regional innovation system which has been adopted by regional consensus
Subproject Technology foresight until 2015
Achievement of adopted scenarios will be carried out by step-by-step- implementation from 2006 with 3-years moving plan of activities and partial priorities
project technology foresight of regional innovation system would circulate in the period of 3 years.

consists of regional and external experts who dispose of professional knowledge on innovation systems, technology and know-how transfer, research and development as well as innovation in enterprises.
number of persons: 8, c
is a panel of authors who are going to evaluate materials dissaminating starting position, to process the design of scenarios, roadmapping and priorities. Their main goal is to take into account remarks from other methodologies as well as to modify materials.

Reference panel
consists of regional and external experts who dispose of professional knowledge on innovation systems, technology and know-how transfer, research and development as well as innovation in enterprises.
it is a professional panel which has 6 members. Its task is to accept national and international aspects of innovation developement and to implement them in the specific regional proposal. The main task will be to evaluate the content of documents and to modify them based on the own conviction.

Expertný panel
consists of regional experts who based on selection and references of partners will individually answer on questionnaires as well as form group opinion on regional innovation system, its vision and ways how to reach it.
selected experts will be experts in several sectors (industry, research, schools, public institutions, managers in interested institutions, stakeholders). These respondents must be able to answer the about-mentioned questionnaires involving questions on future view of innovation structure in the Trencin region by the end of 2015.
