ICANN - Nominating Committee The Nominating Committee (NomCom) is an independent committee tasked with selecting members of ICANN’s Board of Directors as well as the ALAC, the ccNSO Council and the GNSO Council. The 2015 NomCom will select individuals to fill the following ICANN leadership positions:  Three members of the Board of Directors – 3 year terms  Three members of the At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC), one each from the Africa, Asia/Australia/Pacific Islands and Latin America/Caribbean regions – 2 year terms  Two members of the Council of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) – 2 year term  One member of the Council of the Country-Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO) – 3 year term
