In order to achieve a grade C or above you must: explore the meaning of the poem to offer a clear interpretation analyse the language and techniques of the poem and discuss their intended effect on the reader imagine what the poet is trying to achieve by writing the poem and give a personal response to the poem. You must prepare an organised and precise presentation and deliver it with reasonable confidence and fluency (ensure you use Standard English grammar and vocabulary).
