This is the map of our land Slovakia is a landlocked country in Central Europe with a population of over five million and an area of about 49,000 square kilometres. The Slovak Republic borders the Czech Republic and Austria to the west, Poland to the north, Ukraine to the east and Hungary to the south. The largest city is its capital, Bratislava. Slovakia is a member state of the European Union, NATO, UN, OECD, WTO, UNESCO and other international organizations.

The most significant building of the town is the castle fortress built in the second half of the 13th century

In the centre of the town on the Hero’s square stands the Monument of the victims of the World War II.

One of the dominant buildings of the town is the vast Schoeller’s mill from the 19th century. Recently it has been reconstructed and is used as a centre of trade and services (shops, pubs, discos, business offices...)

Traditional Annual Fair Since the 16th century in the autumn the centre of the town has been changing into a vivid and busy place, when tradesmen of all the country meet and offer various goods. Here you can buy traditional handmade articles for example beautiful rich decorated ginger cakes, sweets, hooked or embroidered table-clothes, goods made of wood, wattle and pottery, also clothes or furnishings household. You can relax and charge up with energy at various culture performances and attractions. One of the greatest temptation are delicious meat specialities, traditional potato blanks (pancakes) and mainly tasting of new wine ...Gingerbread hearts wasn't miss in every annual Levice...

OUR PRIVATE SECONDARY GRAMMAR SCHOOL Our school was established on the 1th of September 2009. We have 2 classes. One is for younger children, they can study here for 8 years. And in our class we can study for 4 years. We are 7 girls in class and our director is Mr.Vladimír Hagara.
