6 © LeapFish 2010 Client Proposal Example Client wishes to procure leads from Premium Clicks for the following terms: – Diabetes, Depression, Breathing Problems, Chronic Pain and Arthritis – Information required is Condition of Interest, email address and zip code – Geographic areas are: Orlando, Philadelphia and Detroit Leapfish will create ads and a Landing Page (see below) – Leapfish will drive traffic from a variety of sources to the Landing Page – Any person arriving on the LP will be required to indicate their Condition of Interest, supply their email and their zip code – If all criteria are met, that information is collected, collated, and then forwarded to Client – If only part of the information is collected, or the geographic area is unsuitable, that information is not sent

11 © LeapFish 2010 Alternative Leapfish Advertising Leapfish offers 3 ads per keyword – These ads are purchased on a permanent basis – One time payment, with a 5% annual renewal fee For example: Chronic Pain, position 1, costs $2,065.85 Annual renewal fee is $103.29 – Since LeapFish does not charge per click, advertisers benefit from an unlimited traffic potential. As LeapFish grows in its popularity the more traffic an advertiser receives and the more valuable their Sponsored Positions become Advertiser can change ad content at any time Advertiser can lease or re-sell ad – Similar to domain names, as LeapFish grows in popularity the more valuable Sponsored Positions become.
