Design Summery Performance Tragets/Indicators Why we need this Tragets/Indicators How do we gather data? (methodology When we do gather data Tools to apply in analysis Impacts -Trade activities and economic development improved, employment and household income increased -Increased trade activities and investment in the road influence area by 2 years -Improved access to employment and household in two districts in Laos and increasing 10% per year To ensure that the project road enhancing the regional development in the areas of economic linkage development from CLV - Road users from relevant organisation of CLV - Data gather on the number of vehicle - Data collection on the number of passenger traffic from transport sector - Interview/ Questionnaire/Sam pling of road users (trades local, tourists, Etc…) - 1 year after project comlpeted - Monthly - Annually - Statiscal tools ( Questionnaires, discussion in Before and After) Outcomes -Journey time reduced, more products are sold because farmers and manufacturers have better access to markets -Reduced travel time by 2 hrs from 3 hours -Reduce transportation cost of goods and passenger traffic in 1-2 years Outputs -Improved roads, 97 kilometers of roads is completed Safe, all weather overland route from Attapu to Lao-Cambodia border in 97 km Linking DMF & Data Collection Tools in M&E implementation Plan
