AUTOMATION OF THE INVOICES FILLING The Ticketing Automation Pro (TAP) system has a function of automatic invoices filling The information is automatically imported directly from GDS, that helps to improve the efficiency of agent’s work The automatic invoices filling also helps to avoid the mistakes, that agent usually makes during the manual filling, as information is automatically imported directly from GDS The following information is imported automatically: the form of payment, agency commission, full information of the fare and taxes 30.01.2011 COPYRIGHT© UNIVERSAL INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS

FULL INTEGRATION WITH 1С The TAP system is available in 2 basic versions: 1) As an additional module for the basic 1C configuration; 2) As a standalone software with the possibility of information import into 1C. The main advantage of this version is that there is no need to purchase additional 1C licenses for each agent’s computer, that helps to save money. The interface of this version was developed on the WEB platform so there is no need to install the software into each computer.
