1 hour class Boys- Coach Lambert and Girls- Mrs. Ehlers They will watch a video from Proctor and Gamble entitled “Always Changing” http://www.pgschoolprograms.com/programs.php?pid=1 They will discuss the basics of puberty and what to expect with their bodies as they enter into the first stage of puberty. Hygiene is a BIG section. Any questions that they have that fall into the beginning stages of puberty we will address but they might have questions that we will redirect to parents. A PERMISSION slip will come home 3 weeks prior to the class. ALL STUDETNS MUST RETURN THE SLIP. If you have any questions or would like to preview the materials that we will cover I will be in the computer lab in the A-Hall---next door to Art Room

Hands on labs Scientific Method and Lab Procedure and Safety Life: microorganisms, cells, genetics, and the five major kingdoms with an emphasis on the classification of plants and animals. Earth: changes in the Earth’s surface, focusing on constructive and destructive forces. Physical: investigate matter, stressing the difference between physical and chemical changes as well as investigating the relationship between magnetism and electricity.
