Fine tune Your marketing material (www pages, presentations, elevator speeches, business cards, info sheets, etc.), Plan Your trips carefully. General program is good starting point, but arrange also own meetings. If You do not have finished product yet, it is perfect: US is different. Find partners but be aware of competitors, US is different also in that perspective.
