3. Conference site The Kiljava Institute is a residential college for adult education. Its special field is the development of the working life. The owner of the Institute is the educational foundation of the SAK (the central organisation of the Finnish trade unions). The Institute is located ca 50 km northeast from Helsinki on the shore of the pure Lake Sääksjärvi in Kiljava, Nurmijärvi. In close association with the Institute works the conference and holiday centre Kiljavanranta, which provides excellent settings for organizing bigger or smaller meetings and educational events. Kiljavanranta can host 250 participants.
