3 Breach Of Licensing Conditions. No CCTV/inadequate CCTV No proof of age training documents No Drugs Prevention Strategies Poor handling of drugs storage( no bags,books or safe) No personal Licence holders on site

4 Unlicensed Premises A major boxing event organised for 300 people, alcohol and regulated entertainment offered without any Licence at all

5 Unlicensed Premises Aqua Sauna, unlicensed premises serving alcohol.

6 Public Safety Issues Fire Exit at Takeaway. Electrical socket sat in a wet pile of soil in the cellar of a Licensed premises

7 Public Safety Unrestricted windows in a hotel 4 stories up The working kitchen of the same problem hotel

9 Poor Standards Food Preparation area,greasy floors,food stored in poor conditions

10 Poor Standards Live exposed electrics in the cellar Commercial gas equipment being repaired by the Takeaway owner

11 Inappropriate Entertainment CCTV shows extensive physical contact between the performers and the public, the male is touching the Lap dancers breasts

12 Inappropriate Entertainment This room is located off the bar and is openly used for group sex whilst males watch pornographic films supplied by the hotel.

13 Break down of Formal Action 35 Prosecution Reports submitted this year 8 Licensing Reviews 10 Closure Notices 34 Formal warnings.

14 Break down of formal action Pubs/clubs 44% non-compliance Was 47% Hotels 34% non-compliance Was 43% Takeaways 47% non-compliance Was 75.5% Poor but improving

15 UNDERAGE SALES  On sales 68 visits, 25 sales i.e. 36.7%  Off Sales 139 visits, 49 sales i.e. 35.2%  All to face formal action  Repeat offences leads to Premises Review

16 Emerging Issues for Enforcement Importuning/touting on the increase Immigration issues on Takeaways 4 out 5 checked had illegal immigrants employed on the premises. Inappropriate entertainment/non compliance with the Strip tease guidelines Increased nuisance problems with Stag & Hen Hotels
