1. Development of SPA tourism Thracian times Roman times - many Roman emperors like Maximilianus and Justinianus used the curative mineral waters SPA centers: Augusta (Hissarya) Dezudava (Sandanski) Pautalia (Kyustendil) and Serdica (Sofia)
