High Frequency power Tool System An Introduction
2
Is an original Product that has resulted out of over 25 years of experience with various types of motors, including power tools Developed out of rigorous study of different types of Motors, including those which were imported and did not have substitutes in India Manufactured conforming to CEE requirements, using easily available, Standard Indian parts.
3
A recap on High Frequency power tools High Frequency Power tools operate in frequency above the normal Indian standard frequency – 50 Hz Normally, the International Standard is 300 Hz, 3 phase, 200 V HF power tools need a frequency converter to convert the standard 50 Hz 3 phase power supply to 300 Hz, 200 V output The tools connected to this output are specially made and are not to be connected to standard power source All the tools used in HF supply are 3 phase induction motor. These types of motors are very stable in comparison to Universal motor or Air operated motors
4
High Frequency Tools Vs Pneumatic Tools Pneumatic tools use INDIRECT ENERGY – Electrical energy converted to compressed air. Power used in the process is high, which normally is overlooked. Moreover, the losses in transmitting air and the need to keep the lines free from moisture and impurities increase the cost of maintaining the pneumatic system. This also increases the need to compress the air to a higher pressure at the point of compression Vs the actual business end Over and above, pneumatic tools reduce speed drastically, needing more abrasives and man hours to complete a task
5
High Frequency Tools Vs Conventional Power Tools No wear and tear parts used to make the electrical circuit- No carbon brush, No Armature. Hence replacement cost of parts low. The 3 phase induction motor drops in speed to a max 5 %, whereas universal motors drop in speed up to about 40 %, consuming more abrasives to complete the same job Duty rating of induction motor is continuous and they can be used even on 3 shift operations, without break downs, repairs and related costs affecting your schedule and budget
6
High Frequency System has as its elements A frequency converter Control cum distribution panel to take in standard power supply and convert to HF output Wired workstations from where HF supply can be used for grinding Power tools that operate on HF power supply Conventionally, all existing power tool manufacturers make only power tools and they outsource frequency converter. The supply and installation of panel and wiring needs to be planned and executed by the Purchasing Company, using a 3 rd party. In this case, whenever you have a change in lay out, this will also require changes in permanent wiring to draw lines to new changed positions.
7
Difference with Haller HF System Panel Integral with the Converter Converter, Panel and power tools manufactured in house from the same source No need for permanent wiring of work stations, Entire system trolley mounted No need for 3 rd party intervention for making and installing panel. Reduces project implementation time Always uses rotary converter and does not rely on solid state circuits, which can be less reliable
8
Difference with Haller HF System Each tool connected to the panel with unique connector. No chance of the HF tool being connected to any other power source Converter switched off whenever tools are idle for more than 1 minute. Automatically switched on with a Late Back switching arrangement, just by pressing the trigger switch on the machine Embedded overload protector cuts off the machine, when temperature rise of the windings become very high
9
Difference with Haller HF System Every tool comes standard with 25m cable and connector and need not invest in these at additional cost Though simple and robust to maintain, comes with One Year on-site warranty When you are dealing with HALLER, you are directly dealing with the manufacturing organization and not a sales subsidiary of an MNC Easy availability of spare parts as no spare needs an import.

11
Experience behind Haller HF System Mr Kuldeep Singh has over 25 years of experience in giving life to large AC/ DC motors & generators. Even complicated imported products are also serviced with ease Has handled many ON-SITE problem solving as Authorized service partner for Kirloskar Electric Company
12
Experience behind Haller HF System Service portfolio encompasses Induction Motors, Large AC motors, DC motors, servo motors, HF spindle and Linear motors Expertise also includes manufacturing stators and rotors for motors that were imported and the spares had to fit and perform as good as imported

Gave life to a Product that solves problems…
21
Haller HF System is ORIGINAL IN DESIGN, SIMPLE TO INSTALL, SAFER TO USE AND AS GOOD AS ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD
22
Difference with Haller HF System Having decided to go in for High Frequency power Tools, Don’t you think, it is better to use the budget for a larger implementation in a shorter time?
