4 SOLUTION Build and connect a network of startup, nonprofit and university stakeholders with government officials and select innovative corporations to – elevate the opportunities and articulate the challenges of participating in the global marketplace; improve the public policy landscape on critical global issues surrounding trade, immigration, innovation and regulation of the digital economy to benefit a broad range of global innovators; Improve understanding of and access to global markets.
