Scheduling Six T20 games (Sat, March, 7 nd - Sun, April 13th (7 weeks including 1 reserve week for Playoffs) Regular season starts 4/20 and ends Sun 9/21 (22 weeks) Play Offs start 9/27 and end 10/11/2014 Ramadan Break (6/28-29---7/27-28) Memorial Day: 5/24-25 weekend Greenville umpiring issue.

Re-Scheduling No rescheduling No field change No day change (Not allowed to switch days in the same weekend) No preference for days for regular season games Top seeded teams can choose the day for the play-off schedule. Blackout dates.

Rain effected games Minimum 80% overs required to constitute a match. – 28 overs for Div 1 – 24 overs for Div 2 – Minimum 16 overs for T20 Points System – Six points for win – Two points for lost – Three points for a tie or washed out games.

Color Clothing and white ball Fee Options with color clothing (estimate) Existing Teams: $1050 Regular + T20 2 nd Year Teams: $ 850 Regular + T20 New Teams: $1400 Regular + T20 Package includes Uniform for 15 members Four (pair) batting pads Three helmets 15 caps One keeping pad One kit bag. Dress code for umpires: White shirt, black pants and shoes. No shorts, no sleeve less top, no slippers. Sponsorship

Umpiring Quality Suggestions – Certification – Teams must have Print Out of CCL Rules and Regulations as a Reference (Absolutely No calls to EC or UC from the ground) – Preferred Umpires List: 5 or 6 individuals will be selected from each team to represent their teams for umpiring assignments. One of these individuals must be present for “every” umpiring assignment. If another player is with the preferred player umpiring, non-preferred player must be a leg umpire only. – Late umpires: Umpires must arrive at the ground at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the match. If umpires arrive past the starting time, captains must report the incident to the umpiring committee and copy the EC.

Player discipline Attitude, Misbehaving on the ground and Umpires. Captains will be held accountable of player’s issue. Respect umpires. Code Of Conduct?

Grounds Ground availability – It is home team’s responsibility to secure the ground for the full extent on the game. – Start time 10 am – End time 6 pm Ground setup – Use rope for boundaries? – Provide tent and water for visiting team. – Cover the pitch with plastic sheet during rain.

Cricket rules Comply with international rules – Powerplay – Four fielders outside inner circle – Free hit – No runner allowed – New no ball rule: If the bowler breaks the stumps at his end during the act of delivery, a no-ball will be called.

Qualification for playoff games Player qualification to participate in the play- offs Div 1 – Six games Div 2 – Six games T20 – Two games. For a transferred player Div 1 - Eight games Div 2 - Eight games T20 - Three games.

Player Transfer Player transfer can happen anytime during the league. Transferred player must play at least Eight games to participate in the regular season playoff and three games for the T20 playoff. Player is not allowed to transfer again within next 12 months.

Player of the week Discontinue POW Award Man of the Match Standing umpires will decide the MOM. Recognition – medals for MOM instead of trophy as cost saving measure.
