6. THE EXPERIENCES, WHICH HAS HAD BIELSKO-BIALA TILL NOW, DURING REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT CALLED: NEW OLD CITY – NEW CHANCES. REVITALIZATION OF THE OLD CITY OF BIELSKO- BIALA – I STAGE. PLANS FOR THE FUTURE Preparation for implementation of a new big project: Multi-level car-park joined with a development of spaces on the top of the car park for the recreation purpose such as sport spaces, coffees, shops etc. – with the help of PPP.
