3  Topic: What impact does barefoot running have on people?  Barefoot is better  Less stress on joints  Reduces a person’s chances of injury  Uses less energy

4  Workout manual for college students  Wanted an easy plan with minimal equipment  Why did I do it?

5  Made table of contents, introduction, and designed layout  Created workouts  Tested a few workouts for order of exercises  Made the glossary

6  Lots of editing and revising  Ran in a 10 km race  Put final copy of book together

7  Johnathon Kauffmann  Board of Directors member at the YMCA  Healthy Living Committee member at the YMCA  Passionate about working out  Suggested workout moves

8  Having to wear minimal shoes instead of running barefoot  Had format issues in book  Had to reprint workout book at store for better quality

9  I am very determined  I will always try my best to achieve goals  Better time management skills

10  I will not pursue this topic  Could become a workout instructor or book publisher  I will continue to run recreationally  I plan to go to Georgia Tech and possibly work in the Rec. Center

11  Thankful that I got to do a Senior Project  Challenge: train for a race or start working out (you just might enjoy it!)
