Bake Sales Movie Nights Parents Interested in not having their child fundraise are responsible for the remaining balance their child will need for the class trip in May. This will be discussed mid April 8 th Grade Fundraising Events

Please locate a picture of your 8 th grader for the yearbook. All baby pictures need to be turned in to Mrs. McNeill or Mrs. Loken by Christmas Break. The sooner the better please. 8 th Grade Baby Pictures for yearbook

Please have your child arrive on time and picked up on time. Please aide your child in things they are asked to bring or do ahead of time for Movie Night We ask that all parents pick up at the designated ending time of Movie Night. Please come in and check with Mrs Loken or Mrs McNeill to see if we need further help cleaning up Parent Expectations for Movie Nights

August 21 st : First Movie Night. Kids dropped off at 5pm and picked up at 9 pm August 27 th Spaghetti Dinner(Open House) 5-6:30 and 6:30-7:30..we will be selling baked goods. This is our first Bake Sale. Please send in baked goods to school for this event. The years past we have been sent in complete cakes unsliced and we have sliced them. This can be written out on a sheet of paper and does not have to be signed. August

September 4 th : First Friday of the Month Dress Up Day. Refer to the handbook please on attire. First Pizza Hut Trip…TBA September 18 th : 8 th Grade Boat Races All groups have been discussed and presently all students have confirmed that they are in a group. 8 th Grade Parent role at the Boat Races will be to transport the boat to the race and remove the boat from the race. Location TBA and times TBA September

October 3 rd : parent Cast Meeting for the Play October 23 rd : Halloween MS Dance 6:30-9pm October 23 rd : 8 th Grade Bake Sale Corn Maze Field Trip will be during October or November. Date will be announced. There will be a Movie Night this Month October 9 th October

School Chaperones are assigned for the 8 th Grade end of year trip. TBA Parents wishing to attend are more than welcome to book a trip and travel on their own to Universal during the date we are there. The school is unable to offer transportation, tickets or food for parents Universal Studios

While at Universal students are to be with their designated school chaperone and peers at all times. If you elect to remove your child from the group, they must be signed out for the day from Mrs. Loken or Mrs McNeill
