7
God’s Court System IS NOT A COURT OF LAW!! GOD’S COURT IS A COURT OF EQUITY (RIGHTEOUSNESS)!!!!
8
GOD’S JUDGMENTS (DECISIONS OR SENTENCES) ARE BASED ON THE RULES OF EQUITY …NOT THE RULE OF LAW!!
9
Why is Equity important to us? In order to fully understand how God’s judgments or decisions work, we must understand the MAXIMS of EQUITY or the rules of the Court of Equity (Court of RIGHTEOUSNESS). In order to fully understand how God’s judgments or decisions work, we must understand the MAXIMS of EQUITY or the rules of the Court of Equity (Court of RIGHTEOUSNESS). Judgments are good if you are on the winning side of the judgment.

11
MAXIMS OF EQUITY 1. RIGHTEOUSNESS acts upon the person, (forcing him to do what conscience requires). 2. RIGHTEOUSNESS will not suffer a wrong without a remedy (healing, restoration, betterment). (RIGHTEOUSNESS abhors a forfeiture of rights.)
12
MAXIMS OF EQUITY 3. RIGHTEOUSNESS imputes (credits) an intention to fulfill a covenant. IT’S YOUR INTENTIONS THAT COUNT INTENTION: an anticipated outcome that guides your actions an anticipated outcome that guides your actions
13
MAXIMS OF EQUITY 4. RIGHTEOUSNESS acts specifically, and not by way of compensation or settlement. GOD HAS ALREADY JUDGED IN YOUR FAVOR – IF YOU GET ANYTHING LESS, IT IS BECAUSE YOU SETTLED!!
14
MAXIMS OF EQUITY 5. RIGHTEOUSNESS regards as done, that which ought to be done. (RIGHTEOUSNESS abhors a forfeiture of rights.) If God says something, He considers it “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED”! (And he hates it if you forfeit his favorable judgment)
15
Isaiah 55 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void (ineffective & useless), but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper (be successful) in the thing whereto I sent it.

Revelation 13 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (the anti-Christ), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (the anti-Christ), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
