Pharmaceutical Research (‘Drug Discovery and Development’)
Accent on the central nervous system and immune system
Maximum of 50 students/year (first year 25 students)

4. College of Pharmaceutical Sciences
10 week period courses
Every period around 200 student hours project work, 200 student hours flanking education (lectures, skills labs, laboratory work, …..)
Research oriented: the research cycle must be a part of every course
After 5-6 weeks an individual assessment of theoretical knowledge
After 10 weeks final assessment of the project work

From Drug to Molecule
Introduction internships:
A ‘day’ at the lab in the different research-groups (coupled to MDI-students, students CPS-307, PhDs)
Year 2
Neuro-immuno pharmacology
Analytical methods/ molecular and cellular techniques, research skills in general
Year 3
CPS-307 Research project
Drug Discovery
Drug Development
