Seatbelts, guns, helmets, sunscreen, fights, not going to dentist 2.Tobacco Use 3.Alcohol and other drug use 4.Sexual behaviors that result in HIV infection, STD’s, and pregnancy. 5.Diet choices that contribute to disease 6.Lack of physical activity

12 Health Knowledge: Give you information for good health ex. Need to exercise 3-5 days a week Health Awareness: Aware of your health habits ex. Watch too much TV, don’t exercise Health Goals: Plan to improve your behavior ex. Do exercises during commercials Behavior contract: Written plan to work on health goals. More likely to do it if it’s written down.
