13. Evaluation and Measurement  Each of top 12 recommendations will have the following evaluation and measurement component before implementation begins. What is the project designed to accomplish? What can we measure to determine if it was accomplished and how well it was accomplished? What are the steps to the implementation of your project  What is the timeline for getting each step accomplished?  We need to measure the accomplishment of each of the steps.

14. Next Steps  Present to Academic Council and PDC  Finalize the top 12 recommendations  Ask the stakeholders to develop the measurement and evaluation plan. Only those recommendations that have acceptable measurement and evaluation plans will be considered for implementations  Implement recommendations for Spring 08 semester.
