The extensions CPI (Cost Performance Index) How am I spending against my budget? Formula: EV/AC or BCWP/ACWP SPI (Schedule Performance Index) How well am I meeting the plan? Formula: EV/PV or BCWP/BCWS = 1 means PROJECT is good to go! > 1 means LIFE is beautiful!

Process to extend OLAP Change the QYLIBSQL.SQL file Register MSPOLAPBREAKOUT.DLL Extend view and staging tables EarnedValueCubeSetup.BAT ExtendViewTaskTable.BAT Use OLAPBreakoutTest.exe to Connect to database Populate staging tables (OLAP Breakout 1) Build the OLAP cube (OLAP Breakout 2) Check role membership/access to new cube Build Portfolio Analyzer views/reports!
