Purpose of Joint ACIP Form For Caltrans to create bi-annual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) based on ACIP form Easier to create CIP electronically instead of manually ACIP Joint letter Caltrans with FAA (Oct 2010) Caltrans will provide each airport sponsor with the login name and password for AirportIQ (Oct 2010) Airport sponsor to fill out the form online, print out hardcopy and sign

ASM Logon Screen Enter in the user name, password, and click on the Login button. The Caltrans ASM website is used to create, edit, and delete CIP records for an airport. To get started open internet explorer, go to at www.caltrans_asm.com.www.caltrans_asm.com

Grant Requests Unless you are with ADIN airport, you will initially see an “Access Denied” message.

Grant Requests Click the drop-down list to select your airport.

Grant Requests Place the cursor over the Grant Requests button and select the Grant Requests menu.

Main CIP Data Screen Click the icon to display the Add / Edit Project – CIP Data To Delete a Grant Request, click the icon. A confirmation dialog will appear. To edit a Grant Request, click the CIP Data button.

CIP Add Screen To add a CIP project complete all the data elements shown below from the FAA ACIP form.

CIP Data (Grant Amount) To edit the project amount double-click the Total column. Percentages of the total are automatically displayed in the FAA, State, and Sponsor fields based on several factors, such as the type of airport and Project Type select at top of CIP add screen.

Annual Data and Additional Info To complete the bottom section of the FAA ACIP form, click the Annual Data and Additional Info. buttons.

Annual Data Select the date. Click in the column Item Description. Type in the body of the Edit Field – Web Page Dialog. When completed click the icon to close. When completed click the icon to close To add additional information click the icon.

Additional Info To enter in a date, select the calendar icon. Enter in data by clicking in the text areas. When completed, click the icon to close

Print ACIP Data Sheet Print the ACIP Data Sheet by choosing Options > Reports > ACIP Data Sheet.
