Chattanooga Field Trip October 23 rd – 24 th Arrive @ New Hope between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. We will leave the school promptly @ 7:00 a.m., so we arrive at the Tennessee Aquarium by 10:00 a.m.

What does $175 include? Breakfast (Day 1): Chick-Fil-A biscuit as we are boarding the bus Lunch (Day 1): Lunch on-site at Children’s Discovery Museum Dinner (Day 1): Dinner at Cracker Barrel Hotel Accommodations: Country Inn and Suites Breakfast (Day 2): At hotel Lunch (Day 2): At Rock City Snacks, as needed, are also provided. All attractions on itinerary!

Important Information Please make sure ALL of your child’s belongings are in 1 bag that they are capable of transporting from the bus to the hotel by themselves. NO cell phones or electronic games are allowed If a child would like to call home, he/she may use a chaperone’s or teacher’s phone that night prior to lights out. There will be 3-4 students per room with 1 chaperone in every room. All of the rooms have a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 5 per room. No adult will share a bed with a student that is not their own child. Students may not be alone in the room at any time. Groups should go to the room and leave the room together.

Packing List What to Pack: Sleeping clothes Toiletries (PLEASE!!!!) Change of clothes for day 2 Medications (Will be given to Ms. Heard before getting on the bus. Do not pack on suitcase.) What NOT to Pack: cell phones/electronics What to Wear/Bring Day 1: Comfortable walking shoes! Class shirt Lightweight jacket Positive attitude and a smile Optional SMALL string backpack for the bus/tours Camera Bus activities – book, travel game, cards, etc.

Remaining Payments 2 nd payment of $50 due Friday, September 19th (per person - students and chaperones) Final payment of $50 due Thursday, October 2 nd (per person - students and chaperones)

Bus Transportation Chaperones who would like to ride the bus will be first come, first serve for the remaining seats. Transportation cost for chaperones will be $25. The student and chaperone must be paid in full (final payment may be submitted early) in order to reserve a seat.
