Acute – can cure immediate symptom Chronic – must manage over long time No Infrastructure for Chronic Healthcare twice a yearcommunity clinic twice a month alternative medicine twice a dayself-care home monitors Most of Population has Chronic Illness Heart Diseases – physical cause of death Affective Disorders – mental burden of life Cancer, Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes
