3. Steps to configure the link to be able to send to client on email. This presentation if for those user using Ms Outlook as the Email application.

4. Click on Options

5. Go to “Mail Format” Tab of the Options Dialog Box. Click on signatures….

6. Click on New….to configure presentation signature file send by email.

7. Enter the Name for the Presentation Signature file Browse and Select the Presentation Signature file Then Click Next

8. Click On Finish

9. Click OK

11. Steps to use the link – send link in email

12. To Insert Link in the Email : click on Insert >> Signature >> New Globe PPT Place the cursor where u want the link and then follow the above mentioned step

13. The Links are added to the email message and ready to send.
