What is Our Purpose in Life? Allah (swt) tells us in the Quran in the interpretation of the meaning: “I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me.” (Quran, 51:56)

Which comes first, knowledge or faith?

The Prophet said: “Near the establishment of the Hour, there will be the days of Al-Harj (i.e., killing), and the religious knowledge will be taken away (vanish i.e. by the death of Religious scholars) and general ignorance will spread.” (Bukhari) Ignorance Knowledge

Allah (saw) tells us in the Quran in the interpretation of the meaning: “Say: 'Are those who know equal to those who know not?' It is only men of understanding who will remember (that is get a lesson from Allah's signs).” (Quran, 39:9) "Shall he then who knows that what has been revealed unto you (O Muhammad) from your Lord is the truth be like him who is blind? But it is only the men of understanding that pay heed.” (Quran, 13:19)

Seeking knowledge of the religion helps achieve Taqwa (fear) of Allah and increases Iman. Allah says, in the interpretation of the meaning: “It is only those who have knowledge among His slaves that fear Allah.” (Quran, 35:28) Seeking knowledge of the religion helps achieve Taqwa (fear) of Allah and increases Iman. Time Do we take advantage of our time by seeking knowledge or do we spend our time with things that divert us away from learning about our religion? –Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet said: “There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time for doing good.” (Bukhari)

Conclusion Allah (swt) says, –“O you who believe! Protect yourselves and your families from the Fire whose fuel will be people and stones.” (Quran, 66:6) –“If you could but see where they will be held over the (Hell) Fire! They will say, 'Would that we were but sent back (to the world).” (Quran, 6:27)
