FEE STRUCTURE - RETAINED Flat fee is based on target salary. Bonuses and other benefits excluded. 25% of salary range midpoint. 50% due on contract execution. Balance is due on candidate hire date. Billable expenses are agreed to in advance.

FEE STRUCTURE - CONTINGENCY Variable fee based on actual hiring salary. Bonuses and other benefits excluded. 30% rate. 100% due on candidate date of hire. Billable expenses are agreed to in advance. 180 day replacement guarantee.
