13 Her father served in the Navy for 26 years. She served for two years in the Navy. She worked in radio communication and was able to learn Morse Code. Attended boot camp in Orlando, Fl and was stationed in San Diego. Her daughter also served 4 years in the Navy and spent time in the Middle East. Teacher at Asbury Elementary
