Conflict, n. A striking against each other Contention; strife; contest Contention, n. Strife in words; quarrel. Strife, n. Opposition. Struggle for victory.

Ephesians 4:31-32: Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice. And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. Hebrews 12:14: Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 1 John 4:7-8: Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

God does not want His children to fight. If we can’t get along here, we won’t see Jesus in heaven. God is love. We are associated with God when we treat each other with love. We don’t have to agree, but we have to get along.
