Generation X Saw a much higher rate of divorce among their parents. 1 st generation of latch key kids and the first to witness the effects of downsizing as their parents were laid off Ended up with more self-reliant pose, challenging leadership structures (not just leaders) and advocating for a work-life balance

Gen Y Generally defined as the generation between 18-35 year olds, is conservatively estimated to be 60 million strong, making it almost as large as the massive Baby Boom generation They want to help people and make the world a better place. One of their deepest desires is to resolve the contradiction between financial success and making the world a better place. To them it shouldn’t have to be either/or
