In this 1st Phase all travel and accommodation expenses and the project management within the BHC project will be thus accounted and certified by the City of Turin. All expenditure will be insert in Presage by the Lead Partner. For the reimbursement you should send me all the original documentation (bus ticket, train ticket, invoice, receipt and boarding card). If anyone have lost that documentation we have prepared a declaration to be signed. For the 2 nd SGM Please remember to keep all the original document!
