TRANSMITTERS OLCT80
2
OLCT 80 d or id (with intrinsic safety sensor block) n II2GD n For combustible and toxic gases and oxygen n Fitted with pre-calibrated sensor blocks n Up to 9 cable-glands (powers/inputs/outputs) n Measurement and alarms visualisation
3
MODULAR AND FLEXIBLE
4
OLCT80 :dimensions and weights n IR bloc version :367 x (h) 189 x (p) 120 mm n Weights: # 2.95Kgs LEL, Tox and O 2 versions n # 4.78Kgs IR bloc version.
5
OLCT 80 (indications) Alarms 1 and 2 flashing/fixed alphanumeric readout, (units, type of gas, internal parametres, etc..) Measurement Remote control IR detector ON/OFF Trouble alarm
6
Fitted with a memory: 3 files (FIFO 2O max.) : last events ( hour and date). Last measurements ( hour and date). Histograms of calibrations and drifts. LOCAL INDICATIONS… OLCT 80
7
OLCT 80: analog/digital output signals n 4/20 mA with smart signal processing: n Analog signal 0…4-20…25 mA or 1/0 n RS485 (1200bauds,38kb Modbus ASCII for MX62) n The RS485 link gives access to: n The measurement, status and default n Internal relays
8
The relays are 2A /250VAC ( with potentiel free SPDT contacts) Relays are actuated either : - directly by the sensor electronics of the sensor ( programmable) or supplementary inputs - from the MX62 central unit, - or the control unit system to which connected the sensor is connected. OLCT 80:relay option
9
The relays can be : - in FAIL SAFE or Negative safety - Triggered on increasing or decreasing alarms - manually * or automatically acknowledged * by remote control, by pressing an external pushbutton connected to the dedicated binary input * by acknowledging on the MX62 or the control system to which the sensor is connected. OLCT 80:relay option

OLCT 80 :extremely low energy requirements Power supply : from 11 to 28Vcc Tox, O 2. : from 16 to 28 Vcc (LEL + OLCT IR) consumptions* : # < 10 mA Tox et O 2 versions : # < 30 mA LEL version : # < 190 mA IR version. (estimation) This major advantage means that more sensors can be connected, with smaller wire cross- sections and over greater distances. * about: without relays, without 4…20mA and 10% of back-light
