11. MARKETPLACE ANSWER PRODUCT WARRANTY Pill Crushing machine will carry a standard 3 year warranty, though built/tested for 5 years of use. There will be no warranty/special coverage on cups. Machines will be replaced no questions asked under 3 year minimum cup purchase contract. Turnaround on replacement machines will be 24 hours. Internal battery is a 1500 mAh NiMH with over 400 crushing cycles per charge (2 hours over night), including 80 cycles in reserve once low battery light comes on.
