Night With Industry Goal: Instill confidence in mentees to explore career options Networking with recruiters Round table, informal setting Planning: Contact companies during the summer!! Recent grads and alumni Right before career fair is IDEAL Advertise! Free of cost to companies

Corporate Involvement Create a corporate information packet Purpose of mentorship program Corporate involvement and sponsorship Benefits of involvement Can obtain company contacts though career fair or other networking events Build list of company contacts Maintain list for future use

Establishing Mentorship Chairs Duties include: Mentor and mentee recruitment Developing handbook, event procedures, transition packets Corporate sponsorship and involvement Advertise program to underclassmen to get mentees Mentors host events throughout the year Coordinating mentor events
