Exterior Project Objectives Design a 1 to 2 story house with a garage, driveway, front yard, and backyard. The house can be laid out in any way that you wish. Be creative and detailed. The house that you design should demonstrate the exterior look of the house including brick or siding, roofing, doors, windows, trees or bushes, transportation and anything else typical of a house. Also remember that simplicity can be good. A design that is too complicated may be difficult to build. Remember, that the home should be suitable for average sized people, so be sure to keep all exterior aspects properly proportioned. Doorways, steps, pools and other elements of your design should be correctly sized.
