Objectives 1. Promote interoperability and interconnection between land registries and conveyancers in different Member States; 2. Promote increased efficiency and speed in the (computerized) processing of cross border transactions in land registries. 3.Investigate on computerized registration of standardized deeds with clauses that neutralize undesired consequences of hidden rights and hidden charges.
